Konstantinos Gatsos

Konstantinos Gatsos is a graduate of the Technical and Vacational Institute of Athens.
In 1992 he obtained his MSc Eng. in Power Plants and Energy Related Studies from the John Moores University of Liverpool.
From 1995 to 1997 he has worked in the Technical Department of Messrs Carras (Hellas) Ltd.
Between 1997 and 2014 he has been employed as Superintendent Engineer and Internal Auditor at Primebulk Shipmanagement Ltd and since 2014 as Senior Technical Manager at Blossom Maritime Corporation.
He joined Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd on September 2016 as Technical Manager.
He is a member of RINA.

Technical Superintendent

Christos Tsimprilos

Christos Tsimpirlos is a Chief Engineer holding an Unlimited Class A’ Engineer License for all vessel types. He is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Michaniona (Class of 2011).
He served at sea with Minerva Marine Inc. from 2011 until January 2022, progressing through all engineering ranks from Cadet Engineer to Chief Engineer. Since 2022, he has been employed as a Superintendent Engineer, with extensive hands-on experience in marine engineering operations.
Christos has strong operational and technical expertise, including significant experience with RightShip requirements, Port State Control (PSC) inspections, and compliance with international maritime standards. His professional background reflects a solid commitment to safety, efficiency, and high engineering standards onboard.

Technical & Spares Coordinator

Joanna Ventouri

Joanna Ventouri holds a degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus, obtained in 2005. She began her professional career gaining secretarial experience at Phoenix Hellas S.A. Ship Repairs & General Constructions.
In March 2007, she joined Project Shipping Inc. as an Assistant in the Purchasing Department, and from 2008 she worked in the Technical Department of Blossom Maritime Corporation as Technical and Spares Coordinator.
Joanna joined Sea Tribute Shipmanagement Ltd in October 2016, where she serves as Technical and Spares Coordinator.
She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.

Supply Coordinator

Panagiota Xynou

Panagiota Xynou joined Sea Tribute in November 2023 as an Office Administrator. In January 2025, she transitioned to the Supply Department, where she currently serves as Supply Coordinator.
On May 2025 she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus. 
She is committed to ensuring efficient procurement and reliable supplier partnerships. With a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery, she works closely with partners to ensure vessels receive high-quality provisions and services worldwide.

Technical Assistant

Ioannis Arvanitis

Ioannis Arvanitis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering by the National Technical University of Athens. With seagoing experience over the last 6 years as a 3rd engineer, he has gained significant technical and operational experience. Over the years he has developed a solid foundation that combines strong academic knowledge with hands on maritime experience. He joined the technical department of Sea Tribute Shipmanagement in February 2026, with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to contributing to the company’s growth.
